Getting support on Atdl4net & Atdl4net Explorer

Support for Atdl4net will be available through two channels:

  • for firms that purchase a maintenance contract, support and maintenance will be provided by phone and email under a standard Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • for firms that use Atdl4net under the open source license, support and assistance will be provided by email only on a 'goodwill basis'.

We envisage that some level of community-based support will establish itself, so to encourage this, we plan to provide an on-line public forum soon.
